I love watching the Double-crested Cormorants gathering on the rocks. After diving for fish they sit and open their wings to dry their feathers. The gulls circle or sit nearby hoping to steal a meal. In the foreground the water is two-toned, turned turquoise by suspended sand stirred up by a storm.

The auction also supports Mobile Markets that last year served 3,992 people with 208,000 pounds of food, and our two Food Pantries.”
